The Ladder, And The Thoughts Thereof
Friday, December 30th, 2005A poem I wrote once, and in fact entered into a competition, winning me third prize overall and first in my age range. And like many of the best poems it is about love.
THE LADDER, AND THE THOUGHTS THEREOF
Occasionally, in irony,
Love is what I hate
For it is the one emotion
I cannot succeed in or recreate.
Often [...]

Space Tourism
Tuesday, December 20th, 2005Imagine the scene, if you will…
“… the countdown begins.
5, 4, 3, 2, 1…..the VSS Enterprise, your spaceship, is released from the mother ship. Almost immediately, as your astronaut pilot ignites the engine, you will hear the roar of the rocket behind you as the enormous power accelerates you at 4G to a speed faster than [...]

Home For Christmas
Monday, December 19th, 2005Yeap, my university’s eventful first semester is over. It was not like I expected in all honestly, it was much more in fact. Everyone’s friendly, and talking about that I’ve met some really good people. My corridor friends (Andy, Callum, Iain, Steve) are all pretty good guys, along with everybody else I’ve met, from my [...]
‘lo 2 to all u, liek n00bz
Thursday, December 15th, 2005Ok. So I’ve been watching too much Pure Pwnage again.
Anyway, I’ve not blogged for awhile due to University work again. Loads of it, we gave in a group project today (myself, Martin and Andy) which was done rather last minute. I have a maths test tomorrow. Maybe I’ll be abducted by aliens before hand. [...]
Bobbikk’s Blog
Monday, December 12th, 2005‘The University Based Adventures of Bobbikk (and Friends)‘, the blog of one of my friends, has been made public for your opinions, comments and complaints. Hereafter I disclaim myself from any nasty comments placed upon his blog, any defacing of his blog and any UFO invasion of his house. I realise it’s highly unlikely anyone [...]
It’s almost Christmas!
Friday, December 9th, 2005I do wonder how many other blogs there have been with that title.
Anyhow - it is indeed almost Christmas. I’m cheerful and I still have some Christmas presents to buy, which is always challenging. I wonder what my parents would like. If I was female, I suppose I could scare by sending them a note [...]
Firefox versus Internet Explorer
Wednesday, December 7th, 2005Yes. It’s the geeky argument of Mozilla Firefox versus Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Firefox wins in my opinion (primarily due to me being awesome), and also wins in most other peoples’ opinions who have tried it, according to the ‘Internet Explorer vs. Firefox‘ video clip on Rocketboom.com.
Other reasons beside my awesomeness include better security than Internet Explorer [...]
